Grigoriy Baytsur
Technical Director
Born on September 18, 1980 in Moscow. In 2002, graduated from the Department of Economics and Management, Moscow Technical University of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, having majored in Economics and Company Management (Telecommunications). In 2009, earned an MBA from the Higher School of Management under State University –Higher Schools of Economics, with a concentration in General and Strategic Management.
In 1998, Mr. Baitsur came to work at Intersputnik’s Administrative Department. In 2005, moved to the Department of System Projects to deal with frequency coordination and international legal protection of Intersputnik’s spectrum and orbit resource. Technical Director since 2007.
