Intersputnik Starts Accepting Documents to Participate in the Program for the Development of Business in the Field of Space Communications

Intersputnik would like advise that it starts accepting documents from interested parties wishing to participate in the Program for the Development of Business in the Field of Space Communications (hereinafter – Program). The conditions of the Program (new version approved on 26 November 2020) and the procedure of provision of financing, as well as the requirements for the application and other documents  to be submitted are available on Intersputnik’s website (Development Program page). The timeframe for submitting documents is 1 December 2020 through 26 February 2021.
Below are the deadlines for selecting applications and announcing the results:
- review of the documents, due diligence of the bidders and identification of the bidders admitted to take part in the tender: 31 March 2021;
- holding of the tender and identification of winner(s): 30 April 2021;
- announcement of the results of the tender, agreement on and signing of requisite documents: 31 May 2021.
